ways to also support our school
Box tops
NEW AND OLD (JUST NOT EXPIRED): Proceeds will continue to benefit our school.
Keep saving those BoxTops! We will collect them in October. Ask your friends and family, too! The way to collect the new type of BoxTops you may be seeing on some products is below.
1. A new BoxTops App is available. Download it and look for the new images on products you already buy.
2. BoxTops clippings WILL still be accepted from schools as long as they aren’t expired.
3. Our school can get credit for both clipped BoxTops and electronic BoxTops.
4. The reason BTFE went digital was because so many products were leaving the program due to the issues printing packaging with constantly changing dates. This is actually a positive change and should result in more products rejoining the program, since they don’t have to change their packaging all the time.
Link to app to scan receipts for credit, select Shiloh Point Elementary.
school supply kits
Beginning in April through June 14th 2020, we sold school supply kits for the new school year (2020-21). Families in every grade were able to order these kits that include everything from the supply lists to take one thing off of their "Back to School" to do lists at the end of a fun (but possibly exhausting) summer. Look for these to return in Spring 2021.
5th grade legacy gift and the holiday shop
Every year, the 5th Grade Class raises money and purchases a legacy gift for the school. In December of every year, the 5th graders, with a lot of help from many parent volunteers, offer a Holiday Shop. Students bring in money and purchase gifts for their family and friends. The students are so excited for this opportunity. One year, the legacy gift was the mural on the outside wall under the bus parking lot. In other years, the gifts have been upgrades to the gazebo, building the performance deck in the garden, and last year, the legacy gift was a storage shed outside to hold the PE equipment. These are all fun enhancements that set Shiloh Point apart from other schools.
Thanks for all you do to make our school great!
